The RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the Yamaha YZ 250 FX from the 2015-2018 model year range. Its deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100cc, thereby supporting improved oil circulation at the clutch. The additional amount of oil helps reduce oil temperature during long races, especially in demanding conditions such as mud and sand.

Function and execution

  • 1.5mm deeper profile for increased oil capacity
  • Aluminum 6061-T6 as material
  • CNC machined from a solid block of aluminum
  • Akadize surface treatment for high abrasion resistance
  • Magnesium as designated color

Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum allows for lightweight construction with thin areas and high strength. This means that the clutch cover is tailored to the loads of off-road use. The durable Akadize surface treatment reduces abrasion from boots and grit and supports a permanently well-groomed appearance.
