RFX Pro clutch cover for Yamaha YZ 250 F (CG 14)

The RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for the 2003 Yamaha YZ 250 F (CG 14). Its deeper profile creates additional space for the clutch oil and thus supports oil circulation in the clutch area.

Function and construction

The profile is 1.5 mm deeper and increases the oil capacity by 100 cm³. This can reduce oil temperature during long races, especially in muddy or sandy conditions with high clutch stress. The 6061-T6 aluminum version is CNC milled from a solid block. In this way, light, thin areas can be combined with a resilient construction.

Surface and area of application

The dark titanium gray Akadize surface treatment is designed for increased abrasion resistance against boots and grit. The robust design helps protect against damage from stones, footrests and brake pedals. At the same time, the surface ensures a permanently uniform appearance.
