The POLINI racing clutch with Z23 gear ring and straight-toothed pinion is designed for the Vespa PX 200 from the 1981-1997 model year range. The clutch was developed for racing use and uses a reversed mode of operation: the unit connected to the crankshaft is the inner hub, while the outer bell works separately from it.

Function and structure

The design combines a pressure plate based on thrust bearings with an aluminum bell. The block cover has an oil collection channel. As a result, central components of the coupling are specifically tailored to the requirements of the area of ​​application.
