Sophisticated cylinder and piston design
The inlet and rear overflow channels have specially designed profiles. The outlet has also been redesigned to direct the gas flow towards the exhaust. The two-ring piston Ø 63 is designed for high operating temperatures. Its shape supports even guidance in the liner and reduces the play between piston and cylinder.
Cylinder head and cooling
The hemispherical cylinder head features numerically machined internal surfaces, an inclined yet central spark plug position and revised cooling fins. Two centering bushings ensure the coupling of the head and cylinder; separation occurs via an O-ring.
