The VERTEX GP Racer Choice forged piston is designed for the SUZUKI RM Z 250 built between 2016 and 2027. As a forged aluminum version, it combines piston compression designed for racing with design details for use under high engine loads.

Designed piston construction

The shape and design of the piston crown supports an improved flame front and is aimed at achieving the maximum allowable compression ratio. Reinforcements stiffen the piston structure and reduce piston crown deformation under full load. A surface treatment serves to reduce friction.
