Dry lubrication without oily residue

Motorex PTFE Spray serves as a dry lubricant and release agent. It forms a very thin PTFE layer and is particularly suitable for applications where mineral oils, silicones or other oily lubricants are undesirable.

Properties

• Leaves no oily residue
• PTFE particle size: 5 μm
• Prevents parts from sticking together in molds or machine tool structures
• Virtually unlimited chemical resistance
• Very broad temperature range up to +265 °C
• Suitable for hygienic dry lubrication

Applications

• Slide rails and guide rails
• Conveyor belts, conveyor rollers and transport carriages
• Window mechanisms and roller shutter systems
• Permanent lubrication of shafts in plastic bearings
• Applications where mineral oils or silicones would interfere with further processing

Application

Shake the container vigorously before use until the mixing ball moves freely.
