This Hepco & Becker handlebar riser is specified for the 1999 to 2011 Honda XL 1000 V Varadero. It raises a 22.2 mm diameter handlebar by 30 mm and moves it 21 mm closer to the rider.

Adjusting the Varadero handlebar position
The height and rearward offset allow the riding position on the motorcycle to be changed. The new position may promote a more relaxed and comfortable riding posture. In black, the riser blends discreetly with the motorcycle's lines.
