For the 2002 to 2005 Honda CB 900 Hornet, this Hepco & Becker product raises the handlebar position by 25 mm. The riser is intended for a handlebar diameter of 22.2 mm.

Adjustment without offset
The handlebar is raised vertically because the version has no offset. This enables a targeted change to the riding position without moving the handlebar backwards.
