The AFAM chain kit 525XSR2 17/41 combines a super-reinforced Xs-ring chain with a standard sprocket and a reinforced standard sprocket. The design is tailored to use in sports motorcycles and combines a flexible chain construction with increased tensile strength and fatigue resistance.

Function and execution

The chain transmits the engine power to the rear wheel via the sprocket and sprocket. Their Xs-ring seals support the permanent lubrication of the moving chain areas. The rivet lock allows the chain to be connected in the chain set.
