TWIN AIR Powerflow Kit for a reliably sealed airbox

The TWIN AIR Powerflow Kit was tailor-made for the KTM 500 EXC F SIX DAYS from 2024. It connects the air filter with a precisely fitting, leak-proof seal in the airbox and thus creates a stable basis for the filter function.

Function and structure

A rigid, lightweight aluminum cage replaces the standard plastic cage. This gives the air filter a resilient guide within the airbox. The improved sealing surface supports a reliable seal and reduces the risk of leaks at the filter holder.

PowerFlow kits are individually designed for the respective application. If the design of the application requires it, a billet aluminum flange is bolted securely to the airbox.
