Components and processing

HAAN WHEELS uses Excel rims made from Japanese-made 7000 series aluminum alloy on its wheels. The machined, one-piece hubs are made from 6082 T6 aluminum alloy and are manufactured on CNC machines in the Netherlands. Anodization protects the hub surface and enables different color finishes.

The stainless steel spokes are made from a special stainless steel blend and, according to the manufacturer, offer 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes. Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers support smooth operation and high durability. Each wheel is assembled by hand in the Netherlands by experienced professionals and carefully tested before shipping.
