PROX forged pistons for the KTM 250 EXC-F Factory Edition

The PROX forged piston is designed to replace the original piston of the KTM 250 EXC-F Factory Edition from 2015. Its forged aluminum design combines the specified dimensions with a standard compression defined for this engine.

Function and execution

The piston is precision manufactured on modern CNC systems. The piston alloy used is designed for low expansion and low friction. The flat crown with raised top and four valve pockets accommodates the specified four-valve, 4T-stroke engine configuration.
