RFX Pro clutch cover for the Kawasaki KX 250 F

The RFX Pro clutch cover is designed for higher oil capacity and improved oil circulation in the clutch area. The deeper profile increases oil capacity by 100cc, supporting lower oil temperatures during long races. This effect is particularly relevant in very muddy or sandy conditions when the clutch is subjected to frequent stress.

CNC machined from aluminum 6061-T6
Slim and lightweight design with high strength and durability
Resistant Akadize surface treatment in magnesium
Hard anodized design with increased abrasion resistance against boots and grit

The production from a solid aluminum block enables precise machining of the individual areas. The robust construction is designed to resist damage from stones, rocks, footrests or brake pedals better than a standard lid. The low weight combines the resilient design with a race-oriented construction.
