The BOYESEN Rad Valve RC2 membrane block combines an aerodynamically designed intake system with model-specific carbon slats. The design is tailored to the 2017 Husqvarna TE 250 and supports efficient mixture delivery, acceleration and possible gains in peak power.

Function and construction

  • The housing body is made of 100% aluminum and has an aerodynamically optimized inner contour.
  • Four aerodynamic directional distributors distribute the incoming charge at an angle evenly, without loss of flow.
  • Model-specific membrane plates with variable tension enable a design tailored to the vehicle model, year of manufacture and displacement.
  • The membrane plates are made of aerospace carbon material, are rubber coated and fuel resistant. This means they support a permanently tight seal.
  • The multi-stage membrane control and the flow-optimized design form the basis for an efficient intake system.
