The RFX Race SM complete front wheel is designed for use on the front axle of the Honda CRF 450 R (PE 05) in the 2002-2016 model year range. With a wheel diameter of 17 and a rim width of 3.50, it supports the supermoto-specific features of the vehicle model mentioned.

Structure and components

The black Excel rim is made of 7000 aluminum and is made in Japan. The red front hub is machined from one piece of 6082 billet aluminum. Koyo bearings complete the structure. Central tube and spacers are made of 7075 aluminum.

Spokes and manufacturing

The spokes are made of special stainless steel and, according to the product description, are 30% stronger than OEM spokes. Depending on the application, the wheels are designed with 32 or 36 spokes. The production is handmade. As a result, the front wheel combines the selected aluminum components with a wheel configuration aimed at supermoto use.
