The hard anodized Pro Series clutch cover was developed for the Honda CRF 450 R in the 2021-2026 model year range. Its deeper profile creates additional space for the clutch oil, thereby supporting higher oil capacity and improved oil circulation.

More oil for the clutch

The profile is 1.5 mm deeper and increases the oil capacity by 100 cm³. During long races this can help reduce oil temperature. Especially in muddy or sandy conditions where the clutch is subjected to greater stress, the additional oil supply supports thermal relief and the service life of the clutch.
