Precise lever control for the Honda CB650R

The Evotech Evo lever set combines a full-length folding clutch lever with a short, non-folding two-finger brake lever. Deeply rounded edges support comfortable operation and a controlled lever feel.

Folding mechanism and short design

The clutch lever can move upwards when it comes into contact with a solid obstacle and can then be manually returned to its starting position. A tensioned spring with bearings keeps it securely in position while driving.

The short brake lever moves the end of the ball closer to the motorcycle and has a defined breaking point at the end of the lever. This is intended to reduce the risk of damage in the event of a fall.

Individually adjustable

• Six-stage reach adjustment on both levers
• Typical adjustment range of 17 mm, measured at the center of the lever, with a tolerance of ±1 mm
• Milled markings to clearly indicate the selected position
• Red anodized adjusters

Materials and workmanship

• Lever blades and holder holders milled from solid aluminum material
• CNC machined stainless steel pivot pins and locking clips
• Weight-reducing cutouts on the back of the lever while maintaining strength
• Black anodizing of the levers and holder mounts
• Ball ends with legally compliant dimensions

Assembly

The precise CNC-milled holder holders are designed to hold the standard components. This allows the original parts to fit perfectly into the lever set.
