The BOYESEN wheel diaphragm block is a model-specific intake system developed for the Hm CRE 125 R from the 2005-2007 model year range. Its design focuses on flow-optimized intake and precise diaphragm control.

Flow-optimized design

The membrane block is made of 100% aluminum and has an optimized inner surface. A 4-way diffuser supports the guidance of the air flows and is designed to avoid pressure losses in the intake area. The membrane block thus forms a structural basis for efficient suction.

The design of the membrane plates combines different opening levels with variable flexibility. Together with the Aerodynamic Surface Optimization of the interior surfaces, this supports coordinated air flow. Boyesen also takes model-specific diaphragm plate tension and hydrocarbon-resistant materials into account for this intake system.

Assembly and vehicle assignment

Intake connection and fastening clamps are included in the scope of delivery. The membrane block is intended for direct assembly without modification. The vehicle assignment expressly applies to the Hm CRE 125 R, built between 2005 and 2007.
