BOYESEN Rad Valve RC2 for GAS GAS MC 250

The BOYESEN Rad Valve RC2 membrane block with carbon slats is tailored to the GAS GAS MC 250 from the 2022-2023 model year range. Its construction combines a flow-optimized design with model-specific membrane slats for the intake system.

Function and construction

• The housing is made of 100% aluminum and has an aerodynamically designed interior surface.
• Quadruple aerodynamic flow distributors direct the charged load evenly through the membrane block.
• The variably pre-tensioned membrane slats are model-specific and are made of carbon material for aerospace use.
• A rubber coating and fuel resistance of the slats support a long-term, reliable seal.

Intake system and assembly

The RC2 Rad Valve was developed as a model-specific solution for the intake system of the GAS GAS MC 250. The design is aimed at efficient flow guidance as well as optimized intake and acceleration of the respective motorcycle. The scope of delivery includes a carburettor socket clamp and a gasket. No modifications are required for assembly.
