Components and processing

HAAN WHEELS produces the wheels for common off-road motorcycle models. The wheels are assembled by hand in the Netherlands by experienced professionals and carefully tested before shipping. Depending on the version, Excel rims made of 7000 series aluminum alloy, milled hubs made of 6082 T6 aluminum alloy and stainless steel spokes are used. The spokes are made from a special stainless steel mixture. Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers are among the wheel components described.
