The crash protection from Evotech Performance was designed specifically for the BMW S 1000 XR built between 2020 and 2023. The system combines a motorcycle-specific design with a design designed for easy assembly.

Construction and materials

• High density nylon crash pads
• Anodized aluminum cores integrated during the molding process
• Polyurethane washers to absorb initial impact load
• CNC machined frame brackets made from classified aluminum alloy
• Durable black powder coating
• Mounting fasteners made of high quality stainless steel

Motorcycle-specific integration

The brackets are tailored to the intended attachment points of the S 1000 XR. No modifications to the chassis or its components are required for installation. The design is based on a series-production look.

Assembly

The system was developed for uncomplicated installation. Appropriate assembly instructions are available for download from the manufacturer. Replacement crash pads are available separately.
