This mounting kit is required to attach the AL18 plate to a compatible unit garage luggage rack for the use of the original BMW aluminum top case.

Requirements for assembly

• Intended for unit garage racks with four attachment points
• For mounting the AL18 plate
• Allows the original BMW aluminum top case to be used in conjunction with the AL18 plate

Compatibility note

The mounting kit is not compatible with unit garage racks that do not have the four required attachment points.

The manufacturer names BMW R nineT Roadster, R nineT Scrambler, R nineT Pure, R nineT Racer, R nineT Urban G/S with low or high exhaust, R 1300 GS, R 1300 GS Adventure, R12 nineT, R 12 G/S, F 900 GS and CE 02 as compatible models.
