The Motorex Spray with PTFE serves as a lubricant and release agent without leaving any oily residue. It forms a very thin PTFE layer and is particularly suitable for applications where mineral oils or silicones are undesirable.

Properties and areas of application

• PTFE particle size of 5 μm
• Prevents parts from sticking together in molds or machine tool structures
• Almost unlimited chemical resistance
• Wide temperature range up to +265 °C
• Suitable for hygienic dry lubrication
• Can be used on slide and guide rails, conveyor belts, transport rollers and transport carriages
• Suitable for window mechanisms, roller shutter and shutter systems as well as shafts in plastic bearings
