RAD fairing kit for R 1200 GS LC and R 1250 GS

The extensive RAD kit changes the design of the front and side areas of the BMW GS. Lightweight ABS paneling meets sandblasted stainless steel and CNC-machined aluminum details. At the same time, several components support the air flow in the cooler and airbox area.

Fairing and ergonomics

• Pair of lightweight ABS tank covers painted in original colors, graphics and transparent protection
• Tank covers with prepared holes as well as the necessary screws, rubbers and mounting parts
• Pair of very light, matt black ABS side panels with an opaque transparent surface
• Matt black center cover made of ABS for quick installation on the tank covers
• Matt black ABS lace part with logo under opaque transparent surface and own holder

Radiator and airbox components

• Pair of matt black radiator deflectors made of ABS with an opaque transparent surface
• The radiator deflectors direct hot air from the radiator area away from the driver's legs
• Preparing the radiator deflectors for attachment to the frame
• Airbox snorkels replace the original air restrictors and increase performance in the mid-range
• Sandblasted and electropolished stainless steel side protectors increase airflow on the airbox snorkel

Redesigned front area

• The front element makes the front appear narrower and more tapered
• Side mounts for the original R 1200 GS logos, which can be removed from the motorcycle
• Two pre-cut stickers as an alternative to the dismantled logos
• Air inlets made of solid, CNC-milled and then anodized Ergal
• Laser-cut stainless steel mesh and side Unit Garage logo on the air inlets

Compatibility and assembly

The kit is intended for the BMW R 1200 GS LC from model year 2017 and for the BMW R 1250 GS. The Adventure version is excluded for the R 1200 GS LC. The year of manufacture of the motorcycle must be taken into account when making your selection. As the kit is continually being developed in detail, the images may show an earlier version.
