PTFE dry spray for clean lubrication

The Motorex Spray with PTFE can be used as a lubricant and release agent without leaving any oily residue. It forms a very thin PTFE layer with a particle size of 5 μm and thereby prevents parts from sticking together.

Properties and areas of application

• Hygienic dry lubrication without oily residue
• Almost unlimited chemical resistance
• Very wide temperature range up to +265 °C
• Suitable for slide and guide rails, conveyor belts, transport rollers and transport carriages
• Suitable for window mechanisms as well as roller shutter and roller blind systems
• For permanent lubrication of shafts in plastic bearings
• For applications where mineral oils or silicones are undesirable

Application

Shake the container well before use until the mixing ball moves freely.
