Components and manufacturing

HAAN WHEELS relies on components for off-road use in its wheels. The rims are described as Excel rims made from 7000 series aluminum alloy. Machined hubs from 6082 T6 aluminum alloy are machined on CNC machines, made in one piece and anodized. Stainless steel spokes made from a special stainless steel blend provide 30% higher tensile strength than OEM spokes.

Oversized Koyo bearings and 7075 aluminum spacers support smooth operation and high durability. Each wheel is assembled by hand in the Netherlands by experienced professionals and carefully tested before shipping.
