Unique manufacturing process:

Vibratory grinding is a crucial step in the production process. The fork springs come into contact with special grinding bodies in a vibrating trough vibrator. This technique results in smoothing of the surface, which significantly reduces friction between the moving parts of the fork.

Important to note:

The attached general operating permit (ABE) only applies if the fork springs are used together with a corresponding Wilbers shock absorber for lowering. This not only saves time and money during registration, but also guarantees optimal functionality and security of the system.

Note: Fork oil is not included. Please note that the product may vary from the image shown.

Recommended settings:

  • DU Hyperstrada 821: Oil viscosity: SAE 2.5 (1 L), air chamber: 110 mm, specific for factory lowering (15 mm)
